Gemini and NotebookLM Workshops

Ready to do more with AI?

Google Gemini and Google NotebookLM are now available to all Pace students, faculty, and staff through Google Workspace. In this two-session, hands-on workshop, you'll learn practical ways to use these tools to research, write, organize information, and create content more efficiently.

Session 1 explores Gemini's Deep Research and Canvas features. Session 2 introduces NotebookLM and shows how it can turn your documents, notes, and readings into study guides, audio overviews, and presentation materials.

No prior AI experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• July 13 and July 15, 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. with Matt Ganis
• July 14 and July 16, 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. with Gabe Terrizzi
• July 14 and July 16, 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. with Hetal Mistry
• July 20 and July 23, 5:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m. with Johnni Medina

All workshops are conducted live on Zoom. Registrants will also be invited to an informational session on July 1 at 12:00 p.m.
