Gemini and NotebookLM Workshops

Ready to do more with AI?

In this two-session, hands-on workshop, faculty and staff will explore Google Gemini and Google NotebookLM, two powerful AI tools now available for free to all Pace students, staff, and faculty through Google Workspace.

Session 1 introduces Gemini's Deep Research and Canvas features, helping participants use AI to research, draft, refine, and organize ideas more efficiently. Session 2 focuses on NotebookLM, a source-grounded AI notebook that transforms your own documents, readings, and notes into audio overviews, study guides, and presentation materials.

Each 90-minute session includes guided activities and practical exercises. No prior AI experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Whether you're looking to save time on work tasks, refresh your teaching materials, or better understand AI's capabilities, you'll leave with practical skills, ready-to-use prompts, and new ideas you can put to work immediately.
