Learning Zone Deep Dive Session

The Global Center for Environmental Legal Studies (GCELS) at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law will host a Learning Zone Deep Dive Session on the topic From Classroom to Congress: Engaging Youth in International Environmental Policy-Making at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi, UAE, made possible by the support of several US IUCN members, youth organizations, the ABA Section on Environment, Energy, & Resources, and IUCN Commissions.

If you are going to be attending the IUCN World Conservation Congress and you are interested in how to get youth and young professionals more involved in international environmental policy making, using the IUCN Congress as the vehicle to do so, we will have educators and students provide ideas and suggestions on how to do this well – basically going from the classroom setting to congress.

This event is primarily targeted at youth, young professionals, and educators.
