What Happens after You File A Guardian Report

Once you submit a report in the Guardian system, a copy of the report is sent to the appropriate departments and divisions within the University for follow-up and investigation, if necessary. Depending on the nature of your Guardian report, a University representative may reach out to you directly for more information.

Please remember that incident reports may be created anonymously on Guardian, however anonymous reports may limit our ability to respond to a concern.
