Server Accounts

Server accounts provide access to personal and departmental data and are available for Pace University faculty and staff. Access is provided to departmental resources currently stored on Pace servers or you can obtain your own personal space.

To obtain a server account, submit a ticket request via the Helpdesk.

Web File Storage

Notice: Web File Storage Retirement (December 2025)
Web File Storage will be retired in December 2025. This service is being replaced by OneDrive, which is included with Pace University’s Microsoft Office 365 subscription and provides enhanced security, increased storage, and improved sharing and collaboration features.

Web File Storage (WFS.pace.edu) is an online storage system to upload and store documents for easy access and retrieval using the web. Students receive 1 GB of free storage space on WFS.

OneDrive for Business is Pace University's cloud storage solution that comes with 1 terabyte of storage. As part of the Office 365 subscription, University members can download and install OneDrive on their preferred device (e.g., laptop, desktop, smart phone, etc), where you can securely store, share, and sync your work files across all your devices, and access them from anywhere, at any time online.
