Tier 1 Users

Standard users whose daily work and job functions require basic system applications with low system requirements. Some application examples are:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, etc.)
  • Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Web-based applications
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Panopto
  • SPSS and SAS *Basic analysis
  • Zoom
  • Creative Cloud (Photoshop, etc.) *Small basic projects

Tier 2 Users

Users whose daily work and job functions require advance system applications with specific system requirements beyond what is included in Tier1 models. Some application examples are:

  • Creative Cloud (Photoshop, etc.) *Daily complex projects
  • Analytics applications for complex statistical analysis and research
  • SPSS and SAS *Complex analysis
  • Geographic Information System (GIS) software
  • Basic video editing software

All Tier 2 models will incur an additional cost to the departments.
