On March 21, Dean Anderson met with Joseph M. Cassin of Cassin & Cassin LLP, along with Haub Law alumni who are attorneys at the firm. In 2020, Cassin & Cassin generously funded a scholarship endowment gift to create a real estate law scholarship at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

On September 11, 2025, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University’s Sustainable Business Law Hub held the third annual private environmental governance and sustainable business law scholarly workshop. The half-day lightning workshop, co-sponsored by Vanderbilt Law School’s Private Climate Governance Lab, included an impressive gathering of environmentally focused scholars who spent the day workshopping new scholarship. Josh Galperin, Associate Professor of Law and Faculty Director of Pace Haub Law’s Sustainable Business Law Hub organized this year’s workshop.

Faculty and Staff

Professor Margot Pollans joined the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University faculty in 2015. She is the Faculty Director of the Pace Food Law Center, the Joseph P. D’Alessandro Faculty Scholar, and also served as the James D. Hopkins Professor of Law for the 2023–2025 academic years. Previously, she served as the Shamik and Adrienne Trivedi Faculty Scholar from 2020–2022. During her time at the Law School, she has been a leader in building the national reputation of the Pace Food Law Center. Professor Pollans is an accomplished scholar whose primary research interests lie in the areas of food and agriculture law, environmental law, administrative law, and social justice and her academic work has appeared in a variety of prestigious journals.
