Biography
David A. Loewenstein is a partner at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz and an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He has more than 35 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and related contract and tort matters, serving as lead counsel for multinational companies in trials and appeals across the country. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and as an arbitrator, mediator, and expert with the Unified Patent Court’s Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre.
