Valerie Doyle
Biography
Valerie Doyle is an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Director in the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. As both an attorney (NY and CT) and certified public accountant, Ms. Doyle specializes in the defense of complex tax issues and IRS examination management for some of the largest Large Business & International (LB&I) taxpayers in the U.S. Her professional background spanning over thirty years includes significant in-house experience as General Tax Counsel for Loews Corporation in New York City as well as Tax Counsel for ITT Corporation in White Plains, New York, where she was the recipient of the Harold S. Geneen Award and completed the Ashridge School of Management Executive Program in the U.K. During this time, she presented cases at the IRS Appellate, Canadian GAAR and Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals levels.
