Please direct all questions regarding our current agreement, prospective recruitment opportunities, ELI Student Applications and general questions about the different ELI programs to Daniel.

Main Responsibilities to Recruiting Partners:

  • Agreements (initial, renewals, terminations, changes)
  • Commission payments
  • Program and Application Training for counselors | schedule a training with Daniel
  • Application review for admission to the English Language Institute
  • Process student applications and issue Acceptance Packages and Form I-20s
  • Answer general questions regarding Intensive English, Pre-Academic English, English for Lawyers programs, and admission to Pace University degree programs post-completion of ELI Pre-Academic English programs
  • Campus Tours

Main Responsibilities to Students:

  • Admission to ELI Program (Placement Testing, Tuition Payment, Registration)
  • Campus Tours
  • Housing at Pace University Residence Halls
  • SEVIS DSO – Advisement on maintaining F1 student status
  • Coordinate Student Life extracurricular activities on-campus and off-campus including ELI Conversation Partner Program and volunteer projects
  • Assist with program departure/exit at the end of studies

  • Customized Programs for Groups
  • Group enrollments for Intensive English or Pre-Academic English
  • Marketing materials
  • Representation at fairs, conferences, and other recruitment opportunities
  • Professional References
  • Arrange on-campus meetings with recruiting partners
  • Program and Application Training for counselors

Main Responsibilities to Students:

  • Academic advisement/course selection (after Placement Test)
  • ELI course curriculum
  • SEVIS DSO – Advisement on maintaining F1 student status

Application Process Overview

  • Submit online application
  • Submit additional application documents to ELI Admissions by e-mail
  • Application and documents are reviewed by ELI Admissions within 1 business day
  • Acceptance and I-20 (if full-time applicable) are mailed by FedEx Express to the mailing address on the application

Commission Process Overview

  • ELI Admissions will notify the Agent that the student has arrived and enrolled
  • ELI Admissions will send commission request and invoicing instructions and template to edit after the add/drop period for the session has passed
  • Agent has 2-weeks to submit the request and invoice to Lisa Kraft, Director of Academics & Recruitment, for payment.
  • Payment is processed by the Agent’s preferred method within 2 weeks of receipt of the invoice.
