Reporting an Incident at Pace

Pace’s Guardian system is used to receive, track, and manage incident reports and share them with the most appropriate departments within the University. All students, staff, and faculty can use the Guardian reporting form to share experiences, concerns, or issues with the University—including areas like the Office of Institutional Equity/Title IX; the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; the Office of Sexual and Interpersonal Wellness; the Office of the Provost; the offices of Residential Life and Housing; and the Division of Student Affairs. Additionally, people who are not members of the Pace Community may also use the Guardian system to report incidents and issues that are related to the Pace Community. Incident reports may be created anonymously; however anonymous reports may limit our ability to respond to a concern.

File a Report

Pace University is a member of SUNY's Student Conduct Institute (SCI), and individuals who are required to receive training must complete trainings prior to investigating and hearing cases. View training information.

Please note: The Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX Compliance is a non-confidential resource. If a student requests confidentiality after reporting an incident to a non-confidential resource, the Title IX Coordinator/Affirmative Action Officer will evaluate the request based upon a variety of factors discussed in greater detail in the Confidentiality Protocol (PDF). For a list of confidential and non-confidential resources on each campus, visit the Campus and Community Resources page.
