This special tribute honors the extraordinary life, career, and enduring legacy of Dean Emeritus Richard L. Ottinger (1929-2026): environmental pioneer, dedicated public servant, leading scholar, and beloved teacher whose influence shaped the Law School and helped define modern environmental law.
