(January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023)
If a new employee is electing to waive medical plan coverage for the first time, or if an existing employee waives coverage for the first time, they are eligible to receive an $1,800 reimbursement, payable in pro-rated installments of $75 per paycheck, for 1 year. After 1 year (12-month period), the reimbursement will reduce to $750 per plan year, payable in pro-rated installments of $31.25 per paycheck.
If an existing employee currently waives medical coverage, they will continue to receive a $750 annual reimbursement, payable in pro-rated installments of $31.25 per paycheck.
