Professor Greer Donley of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law has been selected as the winner of 2019–2020 Haub Law Emerging Scholar Award in Women, Gender & Law for her paper Contraceptive Equity: Curing the Sex Discrimination in the ACA’s Mandate, 71 Ala. L. Rev. 499 (2019).
Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems announced its new Cybersecurity Certificate Programs in conjunction with Cyber Intelligence 4U. The new programming is available in-person and online and can be tailored for individual and organizational needs.
The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University today announced that the 2019 Elisabeth Haub Award for Environmental Law and Diplomacy will be awarded in memoriam to Environmental Defenders who have lost their lives defending their land and the environment from the destructive practices of mining, logging and agribusiness industries, among others. This is the first time the Award has been given to a group, rather than an individual. The award will be given in memoriam at a ceremony in New York City in the spring of 2020.
