The Division of Opportunity and Institutional Equity
Our Commitment to Inclusion
The Division of Opportunity and Institutional Excellence (DOIE)—through strategic planning, policy oversight, and campus partnerships—strives to ensure that Pace University is a people-centered and welcoming community where staff, faculty, and students can maximize their full potential and thrive while in the pursuit of their educational and professional endeavors.
The Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX Compliance aids in the implementation of Pace University's commitment to equal opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity and also ensures campus compliance with federal and state non-discrimination laws.
The Office of Sexual and Interpersonal Wellness (OSIW) provides confidential support to current Pace students impacted by issues of sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, harassment, and related experiences.
The Office of Multicultural Affairs (ōMA) provides opportunities and venues for Pace students to examine, discuss, collaborate, and develop partnerships around themes that perpetuate (un)checked power, privilege, marginalization, bigotry, discrimination, and social injustices.
The Gosin Center strives to empower students, faculty, and staff in their pursuit of equity and inclusion through engaging lectures, events, community outreach, and fundraising.
