The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is pleased to announce that Sam Kalen will deliver the annual Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Lecture on Environmental Law. Professor Kalen is the William T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the University of Wyoming College of Law, as well as the founder and co-director of the School’s Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies.

A record-number 30 Pace University students have been accepted into the 2023 class of the United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network Fellowship Program, the University today announced.

Pace University on Saturday honored its women’s lacrosse team for their momentous and historic season that ended with the team winning the 2023 Division II National Championship. As part of the ceremonies, members of the team were recognized in front of an exuberant crowd at halftime of the Pace football game at Northwell Stadium in Pleasantville where the winning championship banner was unveiled.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is pleased to announce that the 2023 Elisabeth Haub Award for Environmental Law and Diplomacy will be jointly awarded to Ambassador Marja Lehto of Finland and former Ambassador Marie Jacobsson of Sweden for their pivotal roles advancing environmental law and policy to protect the environment in times of armed conflicts.

Each year, the Pace Women’s Justice Center (PWJC) commemorates Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October with the culmination of its Raising the Bar Benefit Concert. This year’s concert will take place at the Capitol Theatre on Thursday, November 3, at 8:00 p.m. The full-length concert will be exclusively performed by the Grammy-winning duo, Indigo Girls.

Liani Frederick, a third-year student majoring in Psychology, has earned a scholarship from the federal government to take her studies on the road, Pace University today announced.

In winning the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, Frederick ’25 is among 2,100 undergraduate students from across the country who will be studying abroad with the support through the U.S. Department of the State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), which aims to expand access to international education opportunities to Americans across the socioeconomic spectrum.
