Information for Graduating Students
We are thrilled to celebrate our December 2025, May 2026, and August 2026 graduates on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, and Thursday, May 21, 2026, in the Louis Armstrong Stadium at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center with their friends and family!
Application for Graduation
The application for graduation deadline has passed for December 2025 and May 2026 graduation terms. The application for graduation deadline for August 2026 graduates is July 20, 2026.
If you missed the deadline for your preferred graduation term, please apply and choose the next term available. After applying, submit a Help Desk inquiry to the Office of the Registrar letting them know your application was submitted late for your preferred graduation term and make sure to include the specific preferred graduation term.

Graduation Class Filing Dates for Application for Graduation and Diploma
- December 2025: Friday, October 31, 2025
- May 2026: Wednesday, March 25, 2026
- August 2026: Monday, July 20, 2026

Submitting your Application for Graduation does not guarantee that you are eligible to cross the stage at Commencement. Review further information about graduation.
Late Registration Information
The deadline to register has passed. All late requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. All graduates and guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket to enter the venue.
If you have previously registered (by the Wednesday, April 24, 2026, deadline or after) please do not register again. If you need to adjust your registration, please submit a Help Desk inquiry.
Graduation Regalia
All graduates must wear academic regalia to participate in the Commencement ceremonies. Academic regalia includes a gown, cap, and hood. If you are in need of academic regalia and missed the April 24, 2026 deadline for ordering, please submit a Help Desk inquiry.
For information on hood colors, honor cords and other accessories, contact your school.
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided when the order was placed. If you have questions about your order, contact Herff Jones customer service using their online form or call +1 (800) 837-4235.
Commencement Tickets
The deadline to register and request tickets has passed. All late requests for tickets will be considered on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. All graduates and guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket to enter the venue.

Graduate Tickets: After your Tassel registration and guest ticket request is submitted, you will receive your Stage Pass. You need your Stage Pass to be scanned at Graduate Check-in and to be scanned when crossing the stage to ensure your name is properly read and displayed at your college or school ceremony. To speed up your entry and avoid any delays, please save your Stage Pass to your mobile wallet, screenshot, or print it.
After you enter, stop by the Check-In tables to verify your Stage Pass. A screenshot will make this process quicker.
Guest Tickets: You will be able to send your guests their tickets through Tassel. All guests must present a ticket at the Main Entrance for entry to the Tennis Center. To speed up your entry and avoid any delays, guest tickets can be printed, screenshot, or saved to mobile wallets.
Guest seating is general admission and first come first serve.
