Prior to joining Pace, Edward enjoyed a distinguished career in publishing, first with Reader’s Digest and then as a consultant. At Reader’s Digest Edward was a Researcher in the Research and Reporting department. In addition to his research duties, he wrote “Word Power,” the magazine’s monthly vocabulary quiz, and produced content for the annual “Best of America” issue. He partnered with senior management to publicize the 1,000th issue of Reader’s Digest, and served on the committee that developed the “National Reader’s Digest Word Power Challenge,” a vocabulary-building program for grades 4-8. As a consultant, Edward provided research on numerous projects, including a 9/11 film documentary, a museum exhibit on Reader’s Digest, and “The National History Bowl and Bee” competition.

Edward provides staff assistance to the Assistant Vice President for Planning, Assessment, and Institutional Research and provides administrative and research support for the Office’s activities. He serves on all committees chaired by the Assistant Vice President, including the University Assessment Committee.
