AI at Pace

Pace University has been a leader in artificial intelligence research for decades. From faculty advancing the field to staff building AI literacy, we've cultivated experts with real-world insights into responsible, innovative AI use.

Artificial Intelligence Committee

Pace's Artificial Intelligence Committee brings together faculty and staff from across all three campuses to guide the responsible and effective use of AI at Pace. Formed in 2024, the committee has worked to develop ethical AI policies, support curriculum and training, and foster collaboration across departments. Its initiatives include university-wide AI resources, course development, and AI training that prepares students and employees to use AI thoughtfully in academic and professional settings.

AI Lab

The Pace Artificial Intelligence Lab, housed within the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, combines research, education, partnerships, and training to make critical advances in AI education and research. Students get involved with programming such as the Google Developer Group, hackathons, and the AI Internship Experience Program. Seidenberg alumni have gone on to intern and work at OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, IBM, and more.

AI in the Workplace

During AI in the Workplace, participants learn to use AI tools to streamline tasks, create content, and analyze data. Beginning with the fundamentals of AI and expanding into real-world applications and ethical considerations, this crash course offers a practical starting point for the responsible, effective use of AI in the workplace.
