Call for Proposals: Fall 2026 Conference Sessions
We’re looking for presenters who can help our community move past the hype and into practice.
We are accepting proposals for 45-minute sessions focused on actionable AI topics. Sessions should send attendees home with skills, frameworks, tools, or ideas they can use right away.
Past workshops have explored topics such as AI for data analysis, AI for research, custom marketing bots, and ethical decision-making. We welcome demos, discussions, hands-on workshops, and other interactive session formats across industries and disciplines.
What We’re Looking For
45-minute sessions presented as demos, discussions, hands-on training, workshops.
Strong proposals will be practical, accessible, and relevant to a broad professional audience. Sessions may focus on topics such as practical AI use cases; tool and workflow demonstrations; hands-on skill building; ethical and responsible AI use; strategy, workflow, or implementation; industry-specific applications with broad takeaways; and more.
Conference Audience
This conference is designed for professionals across industries, including business owners, entrepreneurs, marketers, communicators, and community leaders. Proposals should be relevant and accessible to attendees from a range of sectors and AI skill levels.
Presenter Logistics
Selected presenters will receive complimentary conference admission. Travel, lodging, and related expenses are the responsibility of the presenter.
Submission Details
Submission deadline: July 15, 2026
Notifications: Selected presenters will be notified by August 14, 2026.
Review process: Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
