Gender-Specific Restrooms

In keeping with Pace’s policy of non-discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression, Pace allows individuals to use a sex-specific restroom and/or locker room facility that corresponds to their gender identity and/or legal sex. For transgender and gender non-conforming people, the use of public restrooms often comes with extreme harassment. The result of this harassment can be anything from deep discomfort, arrest, or even physical assault.

Please trust that each individual knows which restroom is right for them.
