Summer Conference Housing Accommodation Request Form
Thank you for your interest in Pace University’s summer conference housing. If you would like to reserve residence space for your summer conference or event, please complete and submit the form below.
Below are the base rates for non-Pace student groups including clubs, organizations, summer camps, conferences, and other short- and long-stay programs. Please note that specific rates for each group are negotiated individually. Room types and configurations can be changed as needed (e.g., we can offer doubles as single rooms, triples as doubles, etc.) and discounts may be available for longer stays, larger group sizes, and early booking.

There are two hours of continuous check-in and two hours of continuous check-out provided for each conference. All participants must arrive and depart during the scheduled hours. Please note that late departure fees apply for any check-outs that are not completed by 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled date of departure.
