The availability of buildings used in summer varies and can be confirmed at the time of booking. The information on this page is for Non-Pace students. Pace University students can find summer housing rates here.

Intern Pricing

Your application will be reviewed and if there is space available, you will receive a confirmation including payment information. Once payment is received, we will finalize details regarding your room and arrival on campus.

New York City Campus

We are currently not accepting housing applications for Summer 2026 at the NYC campus. We hope to welcome you in Summer 2027!

Westchester Campus

Housing in Pleasantville campus for NON-Pace students:

• Single room May 24–August 8, 2026: $6,245.00 rate per person
• Double room from May 24–August 8, 2026: $5,560.00 rate per person
