Pace’s MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program offers a unique, cutting-edge curriculum that provides you with the professional training required for the increasingly dynamic job market in the pharmaceutical biotech, biochemistry, and molecular biology fields.
The program is supported by fully equipped laboratory facilities for biochemistry and molecular biology, including a new state-of-the-art DNA sequencing facility, pathogen-handling suite, HPLC coupled mass spectrophotometry, and advanced spectrophotometric analysis. The program offers the opportunity to pursue thesis research in the Department of Biology, Chemistry, or Haskins Laboratories at Pace, in the Department of Neuronal Cell Signaling at Weill Cornell Medical College, or internationally at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
Upon graduation, you will be uniquely positioned to take advantage of careers in science and health laboratories in the New York City area, or to proceed to graduate school to pursue a PhD, MD, or DVM, among others.
The GRE is not required and the degree can be completed in 12–18 months.
