Through the capital projects process, Pace strives to advance and improve on all areas of the university. Below please find links to the current FY 20 capital projects that are underway and contributing to the university's strategic priorities as we aim to enhance our institutional vitality.

FY20 CAPITAL PROJECTS LIST

  • The following are approved FY20 Capital Projects to help enhance academics at Pace University.

    • Create an occupational therapy classroom in Lienhard Hall for the Lienhard School of Nursing
    • Upgrade Lubin classrooms
  • The following is a list of approved FY20 infrastructure capital projects to help improve the university.

    • Pleasantville landscape work
    • Carpet replacement/addition program in identified areas
    • Replace fire alarm control panels in North Hall, Martin Hall, and Townhouses 1, 2, and 3
    • Annual furniture replacement program
    • Outdoor stair, sidewalk, and path replacement at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law
    • Boiler replacements on the Pleasantville campus
    • Roof replacements on the Pleasantville campus
    • New fire alarm system in the Administration Building 
    • Boiler pumps and valves for Alumni Hall and Elm Hall 
    • Replacing motor control centers at 1 Pace Plaza
    • Chiller replacement in the Administration Building 
    • Structural analysis of vault areas in 41 Park Row 
    • Transformer replacement at Mortola Library
    • Repointing and sealing windows at the Gerber Glass Library at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law
    • Dyson Hall boiler and mechanical upgrades
    • Miller Hall engineering services
    • Acoustical upgrades to the Environmental center
    • Design services for emergency generator
    • Installation of new backflow preventer in Miller Hall
    • Elevator door lock monitoring at 140 William Street
