Andrew Iadevaia, ’23 (BS Computer Science) loves working with computer systems. When he first arrived at Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, he only knew one programming language: Java. Knowing that, to succeed, he needed to expand his knowledge and experience, he started joining student teams.

Pace University is launching its official Esports program, featuring the development of a dedicated esports and gaming center on its New York City campus. Starting in January 2022, and building off of existing student-led efforts, the varsity esports program will compete across multiple game titles, starting League of Legends™, Valorant™, and Super Smash Brothers™ teams, becoming Pace Athletics’ 15th sport.

Meet Daniela, an incoming Lubin Ambassador for the Student Government Association (SGA) on our Pleasantville Campus. This Bronx native is pursuing a major in Finance and has been very involved on campus.

What does it take to be one of New York’s famed Rockettes? A lot! Hundreds of dancers compete for just 80 spots, and this year 14 of those spots went to current Pace students and alumni.

I was always taught "knowledge is power." I felt that pursuing a career in law would allow me to make the most significant impact on my community and beyond.

Michael Mingo is a 3L who is expected to graduate in May 2022. This past summer, he was a summer associate in the Legal Department of the American Civil Liberties Union of New York (NYCLU).

Studying in New York City has always been a dream of Maud-Amelie’s. We talked to her about her time at Pace and how the relationships she has been building here have impacted her studies.

2L Stephanie Giralt spent this past summer gaining experience as a Public Policy and Law Intern at Verizon. Over the summer, Stephanie gained experience in a variety of areas and strengthened her practical legal skills while improving her networking abilities.
