How far is Pace University from New York City?
We have a New York City campus that is located in lower Manhattan the financial district. We also have a campus in Pleasantville and a campus in White Plains. Both are approximately 30 miles from New York City and 45 minutes by Metro North to Grand Central.

Does Pace University have on site Caterers?
Yes we have an onsite caterer that has an exclusive contract with Pace University. They also manage our cafeterias on all the campuses.

What are the largest meeting facilities that Pace University has to offer?
In our New York campus we have the Michael Schimmel Theater which holds about 700 people. In our Pleasantville Campus we have the Ann & Alfred Goldstein Health & Fitness Center which hold 3500 people.

Is Pace University’s Campus handicap accessible?
Yes our campuses are 100% handicap accessible and compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Is there parking available on campus? Is it free? Do visitors need a permit?
We have parking available on our Westchester campus at no additional charge. Visitors would need to obtain a permit to park on campus. For the New York campus there is no parking available but there are many parking garages in the area for a list please coordinate with your Special Events representative.

Are the dormitories air conditioned? How much does air conditioning cost?
Yes most of our dormitories are air conditioned and this is provided at no extra cost.

Are there telephones in the rooms?
Telephones are available in the rooms that are used for on campus calls but we can provide phone service at an additional cost.

How far in advance should conferences dates be reserved?
For one day event, four full weeks’ notice must be given. For larger groups’ conferences, we suggest that the contact be made a year in advance.
