Kathy Shoztic ’94

Co-Chair, Pace Women's Network

Kathy Shoztic ’94 received her BBA in accounting and MBA from Pace’s Lubin School of Business. She is the Executive Director of the Deloitte Foundation, a US education nonprofit that aims to accelerate equity, innovation, and excellence in education to help develop the next generation of business leaders, including those at Pace, and is a Managing Director of Deloitte Services LP. Kathy serves as a primary liaison between the academic community and Deloitte and leads many national programs and initiatives to help better prepare students for college and careers.

Co-Chair, Pace Women's Network

Gina Tesla ’95 graduated from the Pace Lubin School of Business with a degree in marketing/advertising & promotion and received her MBA from Cornell University. Most recently, she led Sustainability & Social Impact at Coupa Software. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Common Impact, on the Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose Advisory Council, and as the Executive Board Chair of Empower, Coupa’s Employee Resource Group for women. She was a founding member of the Pace Women’s Network (formerly the Alumnae Engagement Committee) leadership committee.
