Accessing Your Academic Documents

All academic documents, including replacement diplomas and verification letters, are managed by the Office of the Registrar. Requests for such documents should be made through the Registrar’s online forms or help desk.

Official and Unofficial Transcripts

Pace University has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to handle all transcript requests. Alumni should order transcripts directly from the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center.

Replacement Diploma

For a replacement diploma, complete the Request for Replacement Diploma form. Please note that this form must be notarized before it is submitted to the Registrar’s Office along with payment.

Verification Letters

If you require proof of enrollment or of your awarded degree, you can request a verification letter from the Registrar’s Office.
