Visiting Campus

Planning a Visit?
Pace alumni looking to visit the New York City, Pleasantville, or Haub Law campuses must first contact the Office of Alumni Relations.

To Request Access:

Email Alumni Relations with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Date(s) of your planned visit

Access is granted to alumni in good standing only. See below for campus-specific procedures.

New York City Campus

After receiving confirmation from Alumni Relations:

  • Check in at the 33 Beekman security desk
  • Show a government-issued ID
  • Pick up your daily alumni pass

Pleasantville Campus

After confirmation:

  • Bring a government-issued ID
  • Check in at the front desk or reception area of the building you’re visiting

Haub Law Campus

  • Present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued ID
  • Your ID will be logged at the security booth

Library Access

Alumni must have their portal login to use the computers and any library databases and can enjoy free on-site use of:

  • Books and journals
  • Computers (portal login required)
  • Reference services

Computer and Database Access:

Printing and Copying:

  • Alumni receive 50 free printed and/or copied pages per semester
  • Purchase credit for additional pages at the Library Circulation Desk (Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)

Athletic Facilities

New York City Campus: Gym Access

  • Located at One Pace Plaza (Level C)
  • Features cardio equipment, weight room, and limited locker room amenities
  • Free for alumni in good standing
  • Note: Current students have priority access at all times

Pleasantville Campus: Goldstein Health, Fitness, and Recreation Center

  • Alumni can purchase discounted memberships
  • A valid Pace photo ID is required for entry
  • Facility hours are scheduled primarily around student needs
