Harry D. Mayo III '61 '78 Distinguished Service Award

Harry’s commitment to Pace is an inspiration. This award was created to recognize alumni who distinguish themselves in service of Pace’s mission, Opportunitas. It carries Harry’s name to honor his legacy of volunteer service and philanthropy that he championed throughout his life.

• Given By: Pace University Alumni Association Leadership Council
• Awardee Eligibility: All Pace Alumni

Award Criteria

Awarded annually to an alumni whose consistent volunteer service has aided in advancing the success of Pace’s mission of Opportunitas and the Pace Alumni Association, and has supported meaningful opportunities for their fellow alumni.

Emerging Alumni Leader Award

This annual award honors a dedicated alum who has reignited their connection to Pace and is making a strong impact. It celebrates individuals who are not new to the alumni community but have recently taken bold steps to support the University’s mission of Opportunitas through leadership, service, and engagement with the Pace Alumni Association.

Geared toward graduates of the last 10 years, this award recognizes young alumni who have gone above and beyond in giving back to the Pace Community. These recipients demonstrate exceptional service, embody the spirit of Opportunitas, and inspire their peers to stay engaged and involved.
