Catrillia "Cat" Young works for Kaplan International as the Director of Global Pathways located at Pace University. Cat works closely with university faculty and administrators to oversee student support services. She also collaborates with colleagues in Kaplan’s Global Pathways team around the world to increase the number of international students joining the program. Before moving to New York City, she worked at SUNY Plattsburgh in Northern New York as the Associate Director for International Admissions.
Cat attended Ripon College in Wisconsin where she earned a BA in French and Global Studies. She earned her MA in French Civilization at Middlebury College in Vermont and Paris, France.

Mackenzie Lirakis works with students, faculty, and staff to ensure that the Global Pathways program is operating successfully. Through monitoring curriculum, implementing support systems, and facilitating interdepartmental and community outreach, Mackenzie hopes to guarantee that Global Pathways is doing everything possible to prepare its students for a successful academic career at Pace University.
Mackenzie holds a BA in Communication with a minor in English from Marist College and an M.Ed with a concentration in English for Speakers of Other Languages from Concordia University. Prior to joining Pace University in the fall of 2017, she gained extensive leadership experience serving as program director in English language schools throughout New York City.

Martin supports and advises the undergraduate student population at Global Pathways to ensure that they reach their full academic potential. He manages the Global Pathways' tutoring programs, monitors student progression, and liaises between the English Language Institute and Pace Academic Advisors to facilitate class registration, transfer credits, and student holds. Martin also participates in orientation, rates placement tests for the English department, and teaches UNV 101 and ENG 110A.
Martin earned a B.A. in General Teacher Training from Nord University, and an M.A. in TESOL from Hawaii Pacific University. He has presented and published research on speech recognition's affordances for language learners, and has taught and advised large and diverse groups of language learners in Hawaii, New York, Norway, and the United Kingdom in the past. To further develop as an international education professional, Martin is also pursuing a B.B.A. in International Management at Pace University.
