Annual Fire Safety and Security Report

Pace University prepares an Annual Fire Safety and Security Report to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, as well as New York State Education Law Article 129-A. The Report is prepared by the Pace University Safety and Security Department in cooperation with the local law enforcement agencies surrounding our campuses, as well as various internal university personnel and departments.

US Department of Education Campus Crime Statistics

In accordance with NYS Education Law Section 6433, the campus crime statistics that are filed annually with the United States Department of Education can be accessed online.

Incidents of Hate Crime Offenses

This section is posted as a separate, clearly designated category in accordance with NYS Education Law Section 6433.

Pace University is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. We track and report all incidents of hate crime offenses that occur on our campuses.

Campus Hazing Transparency Report

In accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) and section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. § 1092(f)), the University publishes a report of any student organization that has been found responsible for hazing.

This report only includes organizations with a final finding of responsibility for hazing. Reports without a responsibility finding and organizations under investigation are not included.

This page will be updated bi-annualy with finalized outcomes, and the report and resources will be shared with the campus community twice annually.
