Be sure to choose the form that coincides with the appropriate academic aid year.

- Important: Continuing students must accept/decline their Fall 2026/Spring 2027 financial aid offers prior to submitting their appeal. Continuing students will be packaged with financial aid for the upcoming Fall 2026/Spring 2027 academic year once Spring 2026 grades are submitted, in May 2026.
