Bankmobile Refunds

BankMobile is Pace’s third-party refund distribution company. We encourage all students to select a refund disbursement preference to ensure that any refunds will be disbursed promptly. Please contact Auxiliary Services with any questions.

How do I choose my preference?

BankMobile log-in instructions should have been e-mailed to you before the start of your first semester at Pace. If you haven’t received the instructions, log into your Pace Portal, select "Student Home," and under "tuition, billing, and accounts resources,” select "BankMobile Disbursements Refund Selection." You will be asked to log-in again using your Pace credentials and you’ll have access to the BankMobile site.

Once you have logged in to the BankMobile website, you will be prompted to select a preference.

Please keep in mind: Once you’ve signed in using SSO (Single Sign-On) through the Pace Portal, you should not use that same link again to access your account. After activation, go directly to the BankMobile website to select your refund preference or log back in if your session times out.

What are my refund preferences?

There are two refund preferences:

  • Transfer-Deposit into your US bank account
    or
  • Open an online checking account with BankMobile and receive a debit card to use.

Make sure that your mailing address in your student portal is a local US mailing address.
