BankMobile is Pace’s third-party refund distribution company. We encourage all students to select a refund disbursement preference to ensure that any refunds will be disbursed promptly.
Students will receive an email from BankMobile’s Customer Care team with instructions on how to choose a refund preference through Pace University’s portal—no personal code is required.
Please keep in mind: Refunds are issued approximately 2–3 weeks after the semester begins.

Beware of scams. Neither Pace University nor BankMobile will ever ask for your two-factor authentication or password.
How do I choose my preference?
Set up your profile: log into your Pace Portal, select "Student Home," "Tuition, Billing, and Accounts Resources,” and "BankMobile Disbursements Refund Selection."
After selecting “Set Up Your Profile” and completing the steps, log in to the BankMobile website. Go to the “Refunds” tab, choose “Refund Preferences,” and select your refund option. Once finished, you’re all set to receive refunds.
Now that your account is activated, you no longer need to sign in through SSO (Single Sign-On) via the Pace Portal. You can go directly to the BankMobile website to log back in.
What are my refund options?
There are two refund options available:
- Deposit to an Existing Account – Your refund will be deposited directly into your bank account. You must provide your banking information to BankMobile.
- Deposit to a BankMobile Checking Account – Access your refund the same day it is disbursed to BankMobile and receive a debit card.
Make sure that your mailing address in your student portal is a local US mailing address.
Important
If you do not select a refund preference, a paper check will be mailed to the address on file.
