Meal Plan Forms
When possible, meal plan inquiries should be submitted via the Pace helpdesk to Auxiliary Services. Understanding some needs may require immediate action; students should visit the campus Auxiliary Service office for assistance.
Forms are available for submission from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

**Students must apply for a meal plan waiver by completing and submitting the applicable Reduction/Exemption form via the link above within the first 3 weeks of the semester. Meal Plan waivers are to be submitted each semester, unless otherwise advised. Meal plan waivers are not automatically approved and are not retroactive.
