Reach out to your academic advisor to discuss academic courses, degree requirements, major, class registration. Students who do not know their advisor can consult Degree Works in Portal, confirm through “My Success Network” in OnTrack, email whoismyadvisor@pace.edu.

Collection Exit Holds
You must submit a Perkins or Nursing loan exit counseling form required by the terms of your promissory note. Engage with the Collection Department at (914) 923-2858 for more information on how to clear the exit counseling hold.

Registrar’s Hold
You have missing information required by the Office of the Registrar. Contact the Registrar by creating a HelpDesk ticket.
Student Accounts
You have a past due balance. View your billing details. Engage with Student Accounts Office or the Office of Financial Aid.
Undergraduate Admissions
You have outstanding admission requirements (e.g., missing official transcript, official test scores, etc.) Contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission at undergradadmissions@pace.edu or call them in NYC at (212) 346-1323 or in Westchester at (914) 773-3746.
Immunization Compliance
