If the ELI Admission office is able to locate records for a noncredit program, it can supply a letter certifying enrollment. Please note, however, that the ELI Admission office can only certify enrollment and not successful completion of a program or provide a record of attendance.
Research Assignment Policy
Research assignments are due by the deadline communicated by our Admissions team in your registration confirmation message. Students may request an extension of up to 3 days by writing the Admissions team before the research assignment due date in writing to email@example.com. Requests for extensions after the research assignment due date will not be granted. Research assignments received after the due date or approved extended due date will not be accepted and the research assignment hours will be forfeited.
Payment and Tuition Cancellation Policy
Notification of your intent to cancel or withdraw from a course must be submitted by email to the ELI. Depending on the course, you may also be required to submit a "Registration Action Form" to the Office of the Registrar. If the correct procedure is not followed, you will not receive a refund and you will receive an F for the course at the end of the term.
Please read our detailed Tuition Cancellation Policy for further information on refund eligibility.
Students who stop attending a 6- or 7-week class in progress may officially withdraw by sending a message to the English Language Institute firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the last attended class. Students in good academic standing (class average of 60% or higher) who officially withdraw may receive a certificate confirming actual hours attended. Students who are not in good academic standing at the time of withdrawal or who do not officially withdraw within 48 hours of the last attended class will forfeit any hours attended. An official withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” on University records and academic transcripts. Please see our detailed Tuition Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.
