Summer School Accommodations
Summer School students in need of housing arranged by Pace University may reserve a weekly accommodation at a Pace University residence hall. Students who prefer to live in a Homestay with a local family can connect with a Homestay company for booking a homestay accommodation. Please indicate your accommodation preference on your Summer School registration form.
Pace University Residence Hall
182 Broadway
Just a five-minute walk to campus, this building is designed to house first-year and Summer students in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The 182 Broadway residence hall is next to the new Fulton Center serving 9 different subways, which enhance the travel experience for exploring New York City. The rooms in 182 Broadway are furnished with a standard twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe or closet, window blinds, and a private bathroom unit per room or suite (shared with roommates). The residence hall is equipped with complementary cable TV hookup (television not provided), high-speed internet, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Rooms are available in triple or quad arrangements on a first come, first served basis.
Room: $240* per week in a triple or quad arrangement
Meals: $225* per week (optional)
Move in: 1 day before classes begin (i.e. Sunday).
Move out: The Saturday after classes finish.
Please note that meals and linens are not included in the accommodation rate. Students may pre-purchase a meal plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for an additional $225 per week. Students may bring their own linens, purchase them after arriving in New York City, or purchase in advance from Residence Hall Linens.

Homestay
Staying with a local family is a great way to experience life in New York and practice your English outside of class. To find a homestay, speak with American Homestay Network (AHN). AHN provides homes for international students in Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, and New Jersey; prices vary depending on location and amenities.

New York City is full of hotels and hostels. The Aloft Manhattan Downtown is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Pace University campus.Special rates are available for ELI students.
