Mentoring
Through the Economics Initiative for Mentorship (EIM, read AIM), students connect with alumni in diverse economics fields, gain valuable guidance, and build the skills they need for successful careers.
Program Requirements and Benefits
- Students are matched with their mentors through a selective process based on their career goals and personal interests.
- Students will meet with their mentor at least once a month throughout a semester and complete a small project demonstrating their learning experience.
- Through this program, mentees have the opportunity to attend exclusive networking events and panels, culminating with an awards ceremony.
- Students and mentors receive an official certificate from the Economics Department and the Economics Executive Advisory Board upon successful completion of the program.
For more information, email Kristina Nasteva, President of the Economics Society.
