As someone born in the multicultural metropolis of NYC, raised by immigrant parents and having lived on four continents, Gabriel has always appreciated the value of diversity as a way of bettering ourselves as individuals and enhancing our everyday lives.

Upon graduating from the University of Miami with a film degree and working in the film industry in Los Angeles for several years, Gabriel decided his career needed a more international flavor. For the past decade, in addition to completing a Master's degree in Barcelona, he has worked in both the international education department and as a university professor, both here in the U.S. and abroad.
