Pace offers a variety of residential halls within a five-block radius of our buzzing campus and we’ll help you find the right housing option to suit your interests. Residence Life in NYC is a reflection of the city itself–dynamic, diverse, unique. Our residential program is designed to create a supportive environment for students to live, learn, and achieve academic success.

The Office of Residential Life and Housing provides a safe and inclusive residential communities where students become more autonomous. Residents are active participants in transformative educational experiences outside of the classroom.

Choose from double, triple or quad occupancy rooms with en-suite bathroom options available.

Maria's Tower

Live and learn in the main tower on the New York City Campus! Maria’s Tower comprises floors seven through 16 of the building, which means you can take a short elevator ride to class, the library, gym, and dining facilities. Each double occupancy room features cable TV connection and an Ethernet connection (no cord provided; wireless internet is available throughout the building).

33 Beekman

33 Beekman is Pace University’s newest residential offering, located just one block south of One Pace Plaza in the heart of Lower Manhattan. At 34 stories, 33 Beekman is the tallest residence hall in the world and boasts sweeping views of NYC.

182 Broadway

Open in 2013, our residence hall at 182 Broadway was designed exclusively to house approximately 600 Pace students. Just a five-minute walk to campus, each room features cable TV connection and an Ethernet connection (no cord provided; wireless internet is available throughout the building), as well as a bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe, and a desk chair for each resident. There is also a bathroom connected to each double or triple room.
