Transportation
Let us take care of all of your group's travel arrangements from arriving to New York, transportation throughout, and returning to the airport. Below are all the different, and cost effective options to take advantage of. We will arrange and book everything for your group's needs!
Private Coaches
Private coaches are a great cost effective for groups to travel together. This option is ideal for groups that will be staying at any Pace University campus and will have the same drop off and pick up location. Coach sizes range from 15-59 passengers. Multiple coaches can be arranged for groups larger than 59 people.
The driver will meet you outside the airport terminal once everyone in your group has made it through customs and baggage. The coaches will drop you off in front of the Pace dorms and then pick you up at the same place for your journey back to the airport.
This option starts at $110 for round trip airport transportation per person.
Private Taxi Service
Private taxis are the best option for students that will be staying in homestays. Each student will have their own private taxi that will transport them to their homestay and then back to the airport.
Each student's driver will meet them inside the airport terminal right after baggage claim and will have a sign with the student's name on it. there is a 24/7 hotline number for students to use as well. We will handle the entire payment process so the students will not have to pay directly upon arrival or tip the drive.
This transportation option starts at $125 per trip ($250 round trip)
Metrocards
Don't worry about the hassle of figuring out where to buy MetroCards or dealing with MTA vending machines! We can provide unlimited MetroCards to your group and distribute them to the students at orientation when they arrive to our campus on the first day of class. Below are MTA's pricing as of 2020:

If your group is here for two weeks we would recommend purchasing two 7-day unlimited. Both MetroCards will be distributed at orientation to each student.
