Pace Student Peer Advisors: Spring 2022

Our office is also staffed by Pace students who we call "Pace Abroad Leaders" (PALs). PALs help to answer general questions about Pace study abroad programs. All PALs are returned study abroad students who are eager to share their experiences with you! They also participate in presentations to various students at Pace, sharing the student perspective about study abroad.

Erika Hostrop
Erika is a junior at Pace, studying global marketing in the Lubin School of Business. She grew up in Tokyo, Japan, and spent her senior year of high school living and studying in Peru. This past summer, she travelled around Europe for 2 months. At Pace, she is the President of the Study Abroad Club and an Honors College Mentor. Erika fell in love with traveling at a young age and believes that studying abroad is a life-changing experience. She is excited to be working with the Education Abroad office to help guide students who want to study abroad as part of their Pace path. Erika is focusing on social media for us this semester, as she is currently studying abroad - in Mannheim, Germany!

Kory McNaughton
HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (The Netherlands) semester program, during Spring 2020
Kory is a senior at Pace University New York City majoring in communication studies in the Dyson School of Arts and Sciences. He spent his Spring 2020 semester traveling around Europe, studying in Utrecht, Netherlands. At Pace, he’s been involved with organizations such as The YouTube Creators Club and New York City Pop TV. He is excited to share his experiences with everyone and help encourage students to travel abroad, and he served as a "PAL" for study abroad for the 2020-21 academic year too.

Marie Oyinlola
She is a Pace senior studying Advertising & Integrated Marketing Communication. Marie is an international exchange student transferring from CEFAM, a French-American business school based in Lyon, France. Originally raised in Benin, Africa, she moved to France for 3 years studying business at CEFAM. She then moved to London where she spent a year interning at Vodafone. Marie loves travelling, has visited 15 countries, and is excited about discussing her experiences abroad with students (and has great tips on Africa, France and the UK!).

Alison Rabideau
Alison is a freshman at Pace University studying Film and Screen and is looking to minor in Psychology. She studied abroad in London during her first semester as a part of Pace’s FYE London Program. While abroad she caught the travelling bug and she went to four other countries. While in London, Al loved going to the different markets and enjoying the theater scene.
