Dependent Life Insurance

Full-time employees have the opportunity to purchase voluntary life insurance to cover a spouse/domestic partner and eligible dependent children for the coverage amounts listed below:

Spouse/Domestic Partner: $10,000

Child: Age 14 days to 19 Years (23 Years if Full-Time Student): $5,000

The monthly cost for this coverage is $3.26/family unit or $1.63/paycheck. The rate is the same if you are only covering a spouse/domestic partner or a spouse/domestic partner plus eligible dependent children.

If you did not enroll in this benefit as a new full-time employee, the next opportunity to enroll will be during the annual Open Enrollment period.
