The Division/Office of Human Resources is committed to advancing Pace’s mission of Opportunitas by developing and delivering innovative, inclusive, and agile programs and services. Human Resources carries out this mission by:

  • Streamlining processes that facilitate successful recruiting and onboarding a diverse, inclusive, and highly skilled workforce;
  • Providing various programs and services that engage, develop, recognize, and retain outstanding employees;
