The Technical Services department is comprised of a team of dedicated Windows and Linux systems administrators focused on delivering the most reliable, secure, innovative, and cost-effective information technology solutions for Pace's students, faculty and staff. We support the University's mission-critical servers, disk storage systems, University applications, and back-office systems. Our support includes 24-hour monitoring to insure the availability and continuity of the University's most critical servers.
We design, implement and support a number of key systems, outlined below. We also work collaboratively with other departments in ITS, as well as other areas of the University, on I.T. initiatives. We can be reached through the University Helpdesk at (914) 773-3333 (on campus, x33333).
