Fall/Spring Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

Summer I and II/Interim/Break Hours

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Saturday - Sunday: Closed

311 Regular Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Walk-in Center Regular Hours

All users should call the ITS Help Desk for assistance at (914) 773-3333. If necessary, a ticket will be created for any issues that require remote or in-person help and a technician will contact the end-user to schedule an appointment.

Labor Day Weekend 2024
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will close Friday, August 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., and will open Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1, 2024 from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Both call centers will remain closed on Monday, September 2, 2024.

Thanksgiving 2024
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will close on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 and remain closed through Sunday, December 1, 2024.

Winter Holiday 2024
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will close on Monday, December 23, 2024 and remain closed through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Normal hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend 2025
The ITS Help Desk/311 will close on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed through Monday, January 20, 2025.

President's Day 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.

Memorial Day 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will close Friday, May 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and remain closed through Monday, May 26, 2025.

Juneteenth 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Independence Day 2025
The ITS Help Desk and Pace Information Center (311 Operator) will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025.
