Licensed Software
Pace University has a variety of 'enterprise software' license agreements which allow various groups of the University Community to obtain software products for work or personal use. The Information Technology Services (ITS) administers many of these enterprise license agreements.
SPSS Software For Windows and Mac OS
Eligibility: Faculty, Staff, Students
Pace University is licensed to access the latest version of IBM SPSS Statistics on all Pace-owned Windows and Mac computers as well as current Faculty, Staff, and Student personal machines.
A self-service downloadable copy and/or license renewal is available at the Apps, Downloads and Account Management page. You may also contact ITS' Customer Support Center at (914) 773-3333 or go to the ITS Help Desk to request an appointment for installation of the client software on your computer.
This software is also available remotely on Citrix Virtual Lab and is also installed on the rdsessionfarm1 terminal server. Please see these instructions Windows or Mac for accessing rdsessionfarm1.

SAS Software (Windows)
Eligibility:Faculty, Staff, Students
The SAS SYSTEM provides Windows-based statistical applications that are fully integrated and that are built around the four primary data-driven tasks common to any application: data access, data management, data analysis and data presentation. Pace University, as a participant in SAS's Gold Tier program, is licensed to distribute SAS software to students, faculty and staff for their office and home computers.

To obtain a copy of the SAS software, place a service request via the ITS Help Desk. You will be contacted by an ITS representative who will make arrangements with you to download the software.

Citrix Virtual Lab
The Citrix Virtual Lab Desktop environment has been retired and is no longer available for use. For details, please see the announcement: Citrix Virtual Lab Desktop Retirement Notice.
Users who previously accessed university resources through Citrix can now use RDSessionFarm1 as an alternative method to access many of the applications and network resources that were available.
WriterDuet
Eligibility: Faculty, Staff, Students
WriterDuet is a web-based professional scriptwriting software. It features industry-standard formats for film, television, and many other writing formats.
All Pace Students, Faculty and Staff can access WriterDuet from any device with an Internet connection by going to the Pace WriterDuet URL and creating an account with their Pace email address.
